By accessing and using ImageVers.com (“the Service”, “ImageVers”, “we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Use of the Service

ImageVers provides free browser-based image processing tools. You may use the Service for any lawful purpose, including personal and commercial projects, provided that you do not:

  • Attempt to abuse, disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service or the code that powers it.
  • Use the Service to process content that you do not have the legal right to modify (e.g. images subject to third-party copyright without permission).
  • Use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation in your jurisdiction.

2. Your content

Because processing runs in your browser, we do not receive, view or store your images unless a specific tool explicitly says otherwise. You retain full ownership of everything you upload or create. You are solely responsible for the legality of your content and its intended use.

3. Intellectual property

The ImageVers name, brand, logo and website design are the property of the ImageVers team and are protected by applicable trademark and copyright laws. Individual open-source components are licensed under their respective licences.

4. Third-party advertising

ImageVers displays advertising through Google AdSense to keep the Service free. Google may use cookies or similar technologies to serve relevant ads. See our Privacy Policy for details.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or produce results that meet your expectations. Always keep a backup of any file you process.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ImageVers and its team shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any change will be reflected by an updated “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
